Asian in America
Asian in America is a symbolic food experience that explores the complex narrative of the Asian American identity through food and drink, VR, spoken word, and poetry. Half of the courses are presented with poetry, while the other half has been re-created in Tilt Brush and is accompanied by spoken word. All ingredients and cooking techniques have been carefully chosen to have double meanings, which the guests uncover throughout the meal.
