Jaime Robinson — Who is the Audience and Who Is The Author?
Storytellers always lose some control over their work when it is sent out into the world. But for Jaime Robinson's work with Intel/Toshiba, sending the work out into the world is only the beginning of the writing process. She has pioneered a series of "social films" that rely on audience participation via social media platforms. The films ask the audience to participate in the narrative, to look for clues; the creation of the story becomes a collaborative process, rather than a one-directional presentation.
