More than 90 percent of Americans listen to radio on a daily basis. But digital's impact on radio is growingÑand Jake Shapiro, CEO of Public Radio Exchange (PRX), sees this disruption as exciting and promising. We've been listening to stories from the very beginning of civilizationÑbut now smartphones have put a radio every pocket, making audio storytelling more emotional, educational, and effective than ever before.
